Customer Support Representative

Ilyon, an entertainment company developing casual games for mobile, is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our global Customer Support team. Our team provides guidance and troubleshooting to our players, as an important part of their experience in the game.

We communicate with our customers on various channels, that allow us to:

  • Receive their feedback
  • Update them about new content & updates in our games
  • Provide support
  • Collect insights & indications for potential malfunctions
  • Link between developers and customers
The Role
  • Respond to customer queries, reviews & feedbacks on multiple channels: Google Play, iTunes Connect, customer service platform, and app pages in social media
  • Be the point of contact between the player and appropriate Ilyon teams, ensuring prompt response and follow-through
  • Identify repeating complaints and debug issues, prioritizing and escalating cases to product and QA teams
  • Refine and implement procedures, tools, and policies to ensure high-quality service is delivered to customers.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience with supporting international customers
  • Excellent English communication skills: written and verbal
  • Customer orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Motivated, organized and a “get things done” approach
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for mobile games
  • Previous experience in the gaming industry- an advantage
